ABOUT OPENLOOP
OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring care anywhere. Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our GTM systems are only as good as the people who keep them running. At OpenLoop, we're looking for a Revenue Systems Analyst who owns the day-to-day administration of HubSpot and Salesforce—ensuring both platforms are clean, well-configured, and actually working the way the revenue team needs them to.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that sits at the center of our GTM tech stack. You'll be the person sales reps, marketers, and CS teams turn to when something isn't working—and you'll be the one making sure it doesn't break in the first place. You'll partner closely with the Director of Revenue Systems & AI to execute on the systems roadmap, and you'll bring a builder's instinct to every configuration decision you make.
If you're energized by clean data, well-designed workflows, and being the person who actually knows how the system works—this is your role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Salesforce Administration – Own day-to-day Salesforce administration: user management, profiles and permissions, object and field configuration, validation rules, flows, page layouts, and release management. Keep the org clean, well-documented, and aligned to how the revenue team actually works.
- HubSpot Administration – Own day-to-day HubSpot administration across Marketing Hub: contact and list management, workflow builds and maintenance, form and landing page configuration, email deliverability, and data hygiene. Ensure HubSpot is configured to support campaign execution and reliable Salesforce sync.
- CRM Data Quality – Own data quality across both platforms—identifying and resolving duplicate records, enforcing field standards, running regular audits, and building the validation rules and processes that keep data clean at the source.
- User Support & Enablement – Serve as the first point of contact for system questions and issues from GTM users—resolving tickets quickly, communicating changes clearly, and training users on new features and workflows.
- Workflow & Automation Builds – Build and maintain automation workflows in both Salesforce (Flow, Process Builder) and HubSpot (Workflows, Sequences)—translating process requirements into reliable system configurations.
- System Integration Maintenance – Support and monitor the HubSpot–Salesforce integration and other system connections—ensuring data syncs reliably, mappings are accurate, and issues are caught and resolved quickly.
- Reporting & Dashboards – Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and HubSpot that give GTM teams visibility into their key metrics—and support ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
- Documentation & Change Management – Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for both systems—configurations, workflows, field maps, integration logic—and follow a structured change management process for every system update.
- Systems Roadmap Execution – Partner with the Director of Revenue Systems & AI to execute the GTM systems roadmap—translating design decisions into working configurations and delivering enhancements on schedule.
