What you'll do

  • Work in close collaboration with COO and CRO to understand, build and deploy go-to-market Programs, as well as ensure/monitor their swift execution to adjust and accelerate if needed
  • Design and maintain analytics infrastructure across Salesforce, BI platforms, and custom reporting solutions to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, sales cycle time, pipeline velocity, win rates, ARR, and campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance by designing dashboards and reporting mechanisms that track campaign ROI, lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue impact; provide actionable insights that inform campaign refinement, resource allocation, and go-to-market strategy adjustments
  • Develop predictive analytics and sales forecasting models that enable leadership to anticipate pipeline trends, forecast revenue with accuracy, and proactively identify at-risk deals or underperforming segments
  • Design, document, and maintain clear, comprehensive process documentation for all sales operations—including standard operating procedures, decision trees, playbooks, workflows, and campaign execution guides—ensuring materials remain current with process changes, system enhancements, and new commercial initiatives
  • Develop and deliver training, enablement, and user adoption programs that support new systems, processes, and capabilities, leveraging adoption and engagement metrics to improve effectiveness, drive consistency, and accelerate business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations stakeholders to conduct needs analyses, define business requirements, align objectives and performance metrics, and develop documented processes, operating procedures, reporting standards, change management plans, and user adoption strategies that drive organizational alignment and effective execution
  • Design and implement go-to-market enablement frameworks, processes, and best practices that drive scalable execution, user adoption, and commercial performance
  • Consolidate and govern data across Salesforce and integrated business systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency while enabling trusted reporting, performance analysis, business case development, and ROI measurement
  • Support and optimize day-to-day sales operations, ensuring data integrity, process adherence, efficient sales execution, and effective management of accounts, opportunities, quotes, orders, and campaigns
  • Identify and implement process, automation, and technology improvements that enhance operational efficiency, enable scalability, and empower sales teams to focus on higher-value activities

What they require

  • 5+ years in data analysis and analytics in a sales environment (preferably within a SaaS company) performing sales reporting, data hygiene, forecasting, and statistical data analysis
  • Extensive experience using Salesforce CRM working with Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Understanding go-to-market programs: sales methodology, territory alignments, compensation workflows, and strategic initiatives as they pertain to data analysis, process, user experience, and customer needs
  • Expertise in designing, documenting, and optimizing business processes; proficiency creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow maps to drive organizational efficiency.
  • Database knowledge, SQL and Excel
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for advanced analytics, forecasting, and process optimization to enhance efficiency and insights
  • Microsoft Office and collaborative tools skills
  • Professional English is mandatory
  • Experience with data governance frameworks, data validation, and quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills to deliver training programs and communicate analytics insights to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, problem resolution, and communication abilities – including verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills
