WHY MORPHO EXISTS

Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this.

ROLE

Morpho's GTM motion has grown faster than the operations behind it. Pipeline visibility, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and tooling are split across people who all have other jobs, and nobody owns the end-to-end picture. This role owns RevOps outright and builds the systems that help the GTM team close more relevant deals, faster, working directly within the Business Operations team, directly under the Head of BizOps.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own GTM dashboards and KPI reporting so the team tracks what matters and trusts the numbers.
• Run the GTM tech stack, automations, and AI tooling to keep business developers fast and well informed.
• Keep the CRM minimal and clean, with stages, hygiene, and processes people actually follow.
• Build business intelligence and forecasting to set targets that are ambitious and credible, and to spot new trends early.
• Surface signals from markets and media so business developers can chase, upsell, and close at the right moment.
• Partner with GTM leadership and Finance on comp design, quota setting, and territory assignment.
• Own the knowledge base and data management so accurate information is easy to find and reuse.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

FIRST 30 DAYS

• You are fully up to speed on the Morpho product, protocol, and roadmap, and you understand how the GTM team operates today.
• You have a prioritized plan for what to build, fix, and delete, and you are already making reps faster.

FIRST 3 MONTHS

• You have fixed the biggest gaps and bottlenecks: a cleaner CRM, simpler processes, and the automations, dashboards, and forecasts business developers rely on daily.
• You are central to productivity assessment, rep attribution, and deal tracking.

FIRST 6 MONTHS

• You own the full RevOps stack and bridge GTM and Finance.
• Leadership has full visibility into the business to make better decisions, and you lead entire projects end to end.

MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• DeFi native: you use onchain products and understand how protocols and their users behave.
• Experience as a RevOps, growth engineer, or business analyst at a B2B startup.
• Tech or software background: comfortable building automations and reasoning about connected systems.
• Strong with data: cleaning, modeling, analyzing, and reporting it accurately.
• Finance experience
• Business mindset with a critical eye: you challenge metrics and simplify by default.
• Strong ownership and autonomy: doesn't wait to be told.
• Clear and crisp async communication.
• Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
• Team-first mindset, low ego.
