What you'll do

  • Leads advanced analysis of revenue cycle data to evaluate financial performance and operational effectiveness across revenue cycle functions.
  • Partners with reporting team to develop, maintain, and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Partners with revenue cycle leadership to design, implement, and measure improvement initiatives.
  • Leads root cause analyses for denials, delays, and performance issues, recommending sustainable solutions.
  • Provides mentorship, training, and support to analysts to build departmental expertise.
  • Collaborates with clinical, financial, and administrative stakeholders to align improvement projects with enterprise goals.
  • Prepares executive-level presentations and reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and outcomes.
  • Monitors industry benchmarks, regulatory updates, and best practices to inform organizational strategies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience (paid and in the same related field). An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • All experience must be paid and in the same related field; part-time and PRN experience prorated; volunteer work and internships for academic credit not counted.
