RevCycle Perf Improvement Analyst Senior Remote-KY Provides subject matter expertise in data analysis, process redesign, and change management to improve efficiency, compliance, and patient experience. Serves as a strategic partner to leadership by delivering actionable insights, driving cross-functional projects, and mentoring analysts. Aligns revenue cycle improvement initiatives with organizational financial and operational goals. Essential Functions • Leads advanced analysis of revenue cycle data to evaluate financial performance and operational effectiveness across revenue cycle functions. • Partners with reporting team to develop, maintain, and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and models to support strategic initiatives. • Partners with revenue cycle leadership to design, implement, and measure improvement initiatives. • Leads root cause analyses for denials, delays, and performance issues, recommending sustainable solutions. • Provides mentorship, training, and support to analysts to build departmental expertise. • Collaborates with clinical, financial, and administrative stakeholders to align improvement projects with enterprise goals. • Prepares executive-level presentations and reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and outcomes. • Monitors industry benchmarks, regulatory updates, and best practices to inform organizational strategies. • Performs other duties as assigned. Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree Experience Requirement: 5+ years of experience An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.
