What you'll do

  • Close inbound deals by understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating terms.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead-to-deal transition.
  • Engage with inbound leads consultatively to match products to goals.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships for satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM to track leads, manage pipeline, and maintain records.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success for smooth onboarding.
  • Provide regular progress updates to sales manager or leadership.

What they require

  • Proven experience in closing inbound deals and sales conversions, preferably in B2B.
  • Minimum 18 months in a closing position.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
  • Self-motivated with goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and craft solutions.
