What you'll do

  • Review customer accounts to identify Responsible Gambling risks and ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Act as the escalation point of contact for questions and issues relating to Responsible Gambling
  • Deliver training to staff on Responsible Gaming policies and processes, in line with best practice and industry requirements
  • Utilise specialist tooling to identify players displaying addictive behaviour and prevent underage gambling, contacting affected players by email or phone to offer guidance and support in line with internal policies
  • Monitor player behaviour to identify and assess indicators of gambling-related harm, ensuring proactive interventions and producing monthly risk reports for management
  • Collaborate effectively across a multinational, culturally diverse team, demonstrating cultural awareness and flexibility
  • Support a positive, cooperative working environment by helping colleagues and adapting to changing priorities

What they require

  • 1 to 2 years' work experience in a similar role within iGaming
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Greek
  • Empathy, good listening skills and an analytical mind
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Interest in the psychology of addiction, and in regulatory and compliance topics
  • Knowledge of Due Diligence processes and Responsible Gambling regulations
  • Professional, honest, reliable and organised approach to work
  • Preferred: Experience working in a Responsible Gaming role
  • Preferred: Fluency in Bulgarian, Spanish or Serbian
