What You'll Do As a Remote USRN Trainer , you'll provide virtual clinical support while training and mentoring remote healthcare teams. You'll conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, oversee clinical documentation, support compliance, and help ensure staff are confident, competent, and equipped to deliver high-quality care. Your responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans Coordinate patient care with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Review medications, reconcile medication lists, and support medication management Provide virtual patient assessments and telehealth follow-ups Ensure accurate clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives Train, coach, and mentor clinical staff on documentation, workflows, and best practices Assess staff competency and provide ongoing clinical guidance Assist with delegation oversight and clinical process improvement Support healthcare operations through remote clinical coordination and administrative tasks Requirements What We're Looking For You’ll likely thrive in this role if you have: Active U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) License - Texas License preferred Previous experience supporting U.S. healthcare providers Strong knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation Experience using EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar) Solid understanding of HIPAA , healthcare compliance, and nursing standards Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment during U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours Nice To Have Remote nursing or virtual clinical support experience Training, coaching, mentoring, or clinical education experience BPO or Clinical Process Outsourcing (CPO) experience Experience with telehealth platforms Familiarity with prior authorization, managed care, or care coordination Tools You'll Use EHR or EMR Platforms (Epic, Cerner, or similar) Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace Adobe Acrobat/PDF Telehealth platforms Secure messaging systems Scheduling and collaboration tools Benefits What We Offer We believe great people do their best work when they feel trusted, supported, and valued.
