- Assist clients with researching and booking hotel accommodations and travel experiences
- Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and amenities
- Manage reservations and client requests with attention to detail
- Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online platforms
- Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and industry trends
