What you'll do

  • Own and execute DATAMARK’s organic social media strategy across LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Develop, manage, and optimize the social content calendar ensuring consistent publishing and cross-team alignment
  • Create, curate, and oversee high-quality social content including copy and basic visuals; collaborate with designers for advanced creative
  • Support executive and SME thought leadership by drafting content
  • Partner with marketing, PPC, content, analytics, and HR teams for integrated campaigns, demand generation, and employer branding
  • Track, analyze, and report on social performance; provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Preferred 5 years of experience managing social media for B2B brands
  • Must have BPO experience
  • Proven experience managing and growing LinkedIn following and engagement
  • Experience with scheduling and analytics tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • Ability to review, validate, and interpret key metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, traffic contribution) and translate data into recommendations
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; employer cannot sponsor a visa
  • Work hours: 8-5 MST regardless of location
