I have a small creative content studio in India, and looking for a creative, reliable and responsible Social Media Specialist to join the team remotely.
Job details:
Starting salary: ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
Salary can be renegotiated up to ₹20,000 after the 3 months probation period, based on performance. Profit sharing will also be considered with strong candidates.
42.5 hours per week across 5 working days. Freelancers not required.
Flexible working hours, provided deadlines are met
3-4 remote meetings each week to discuss ideas, tasks and progress
Strong project ownership, proactive communication and reliability are essential
Good communication skills are important, specially in English language. How you communicate, present your ideas and approach the work will be considered during selection.
