About the Client

A fast-paced creative and marketing agency is looking for a Senior Video Editor to take full ownership of video production and post-production across a range of client campaigns.

The agency operates with a lean, collaborative team structure where creative leads set direction and work directly with internal teams and clients to deliver polished, multi-platform video content. The role suits someone comfortable moving fluidly across storytelling, motion design, and multimedia production in a fast-moving environment.

About the Role

Day-to-day, the Video Editor edits content for social and digital campaigns, shapes narrative structure and pacing, and handles color correction, audio cleanup, and sound design integration. The role also covers 2D motion graphics, animated titles, and branded visual systems supporting explainer videos, promos, and social assets.

Success means managing multiple concurrent projects with consistent quality and turnaround, keeping output visually on-brand, and delivering polished, platform-optimized video from concept through final cut.

Core Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing

Edit video content for social, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives. Shape narrative structure, pacing, and emotional impact across projects. Perform professional color correction and grading. Handle audio cleanup, mixing, and sound design integration. Deliver polished final outputs optimized for multiple platforms.

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects

Create 2D motion graphics, titles, and animated elements. Design visual overlays, transitions, and branded motion systems. Support explainer videos, promotional content, and social media assets.

Multimedia & Creative Support

Contribute graphic design assets for video, digital, and branding needs. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and clients on creative direction. Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines.

Project Ownership

Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to deadlines and detail. Participate in creative discussions and client feedback cycles. Adapt to evolving project needs in a fast-moving production environment.

Requirements

Must-Have

5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency, studio, or multi-brand environment Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Portfolio demonstrating video storytelling, 2D motion graphics/titles, color grading, and audio post-production Working proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite Hands-on experience with professional color correction/grading and audio mixing/sound design Track record managing multiple concurrent video projects to deadline C1+ English (CEFR) for direct client and cross-team collaboration

Nice-to-Have

3D motion/animation experience (Blender or similar) Graphic design capability in Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma Social-first video optimization experience Client-facing presentation experience
