What you'll do

  • Develop highly detailed Plumbing and Mechanical Piping BIM models using Revit and Revit Fabrication Parts.
  • Produce fabrication-ready models, shop drawings, spool drawings, and installation documentation.
  • Perform multidisciplinary MEP coordination using Navisworks and BIM workflows.
  • Identify and resolve clashes and constructability issues before construction.
  • Support prefabrication by producing accurate fabrication models, spool assemblies, and quantity takeoffs.
  • Model piping systems, hangers, supports, sleeves, penetrations, and fabrication assemblies.
  • Coordinate directly with project managers, VDC teams, engineers, fabricators, and field personnel.
  • Ensure models accurately reflect installation requirements and construction sequencing.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and proactively resolve field coordination challenges.

What they require

  • 5+ years of experience in Plumbing and/or Mechanical Piping BIM modeling.
  • Strong proficiency with Revit.
  • Advanced experience using Revit Fabrication Parts.
  • Strong working knowledge of Navisworks.
  • Proven experience producing shop drawings, spool drawings, and fabrication-ready BIM models.
  • Strong construction-side experience supporting fabrication, prefabrication, installation, and field coordination.
  • Solid understanding of constructability, installation sequencing, clash detection, and BIM coordination.
  • Experience modeling plumbing and mechanical piping systems for commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, or data center projects.
  • Direct experience working on U.S. projects, with knowledge of U.S. construction practices and standards.
  • Experience collaborating with U.S.-based engineering and construction teams.
  • Senior-level professional capable of working independently, owning project deliverables, and moving projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Professional English communication skills.
  • Available to join the team in the short term.
  • Preferred: Experience with domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas, and specialty plumbing systems.
  • Preferred: Experience with mechanical piping prefabrication workflows.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting data center or mission-critical projects.
