Primary Responsibilities Manage remote client engagement and application processing for PCA/PVoC services Ensure completeness and compliance of documentation for CoC issuance Act as central coordination point between client, on site sales affiliate, TCT (CC), inspection, and laboratory Drive timely CoC / NCR issuance through document review, follow-up, and system control Specific Responsibilities Create and manage generic/shared email accounts for client communications Receive and manage client inquiries, SR applications, and documentation Provide clients with product requirements, instructions, and applicable documentation (IAF, datasheets) Verify completeness and accuracy of documents prior to endorsement to TCT Manila Coordinate with TCT for technical review, corrective actions, and CoC decision Communicate required corrective actions and additional documentation to clients Perform follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of pending cases and blocking actions Coordinate inspection scheduling with Remote Inspection and client (where applicable) Perform quality control checks on inspection and testing documentation Conduct SGS laboratory sourcing and validate laboratory qualifications (ISO 17025 scope, capability, accreditation) Provide laboratories with required testing parameters and documentation Review test reports, inspection reports, and supporting documentation prior to CoC issuance Prepare and issue Draft CoC / NCR and manage client feedback where applicable Ensure timely issuance of final CoC / NCR following approvals Maintain accurate records in SGS systems (e.g. eTrade) and ensure traceability Coordinate with stakeholders (TCT, inspection teams, laboratories, onsite affiliates) Monitor turnaround times and ensure compliance with service level targets Support resolution of discrepancies, including engagement with Liaison Offices where required Ensure adherence to programme requirements, country instructions, and SGS procedures

What you'll do
