Peregrine Health - Redefining Behavioral Healthcare Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) $15,000 Signing Bonus | 100% Remote | Full-Time W-2 | No Nights, Weekends, or Call Salary range: $127,500 - $145,000 for AR licensed providers Peregrine Health is hiring experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners licensed in Arkansas to expand access to behavioral health care in rural and underserved communities. This is a full-time, 100% remote clinical position for PMHNPs who want meaningful clinical work, predictable hours, and the support of a team that handles much of the administrative burden surrounding licensing, credentialing, technology, and care delivery. You will have the autonomy to make evidence-based clinical decisions while collaborating with primary care providers, therapists, and operational teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
