What you'll do
- You'll be the first point of contact for potential study participants.
- Calling and pre-screening patients from our database and referral lists.
- Walking potential study participants through study basics in plain language.
- Checking potential study participants against inclusion/exclusion criteria.
- Scheduling screening visits with our coordinator.
- Keeping recruitment logs accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with our study coordinator.
- Report weekly on outreach numbers, conversion, and scheduling.
What they require
- Medical background strongly preferred — nursing, medicine, pharmacy, or allied health training (degree or clinical experience from any country is fine).
- Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable making outbound calls to US patients.
- Preferred: Prior experience in patient outreach, telehealth, medical call centers, or clinical trial recruitment is a big plus.
- Organized and self-directed — you'll manage your own call lists and follow-ups.
- Understanding of patient privacy; you'll complete HIPAA and GCP training with us.
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
- Availability with at least [4] hours of overlap with US Central Time (Chicago).
