Washington-licensed mental health therapist (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) for a full-time telehealth role on a Mon–Fri 9–5 schedule. Requires an active WA license, a Master's in a mental health field, and clinical therapy experience. Stable remote role with benefits.
What you'll do
- Conduct scheduled individual therapy sessions through secure video platforms
- Assess client concerns, symptoms, strengths, and treatment needs
- Develop personilized treatment goals and update them as care progresses
- Evaluate client response to therapy and make appropriate clinical adjustments
- Complete progress notes and other required documentation accurately and on time
- Communicate with clinical team members when coordination of care is needed
- Follow confidentiality, ethical, safety, and Washington licensing requirements
What they require
- Active Enterprise license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Washington state
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Clinical experience delivering therapy services
- Ability to work excellentky in a strictly remote setting
- Strong attention to documentation and compliance
