Hiring a Florida-licensed mental health therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) for remote/telehealth therapy. Hard requirements: Master's degree in counseling/social work/MFT and an active Florida license. Prior therapy experience preferred, not required.
What you'll do
- Provide individual therapy through secure virtual sessions
- Complete assessments and identify client needs and concerns
- Create treatment plans with clear and realistic goals
- Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges
- Review progress and adjust treatment when needed
- Complete accurate and timely clinical notes
- Follow HIPAA, confidentiality, and professional standards
What they require
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Active Florida LMFT license
- Active Florida LCSW license
- Active Florida LMHC license
- Previous experience providing mental health therapy (preferred)
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Comfortable providing care through telehealth
