Licensed mental health therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LICSW) in West Virginia — full-time telehealth with a stable Mon–Fri 9–5 schedule. You must hold an active WV license and a Master’s in a behavioral health field and be able to manage a full clinical caseload.
What you'll do
- Provide individual therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms
- Complete initial assessments and identify each client’s treatment needs
- Establish clear op treatment goals and review progress throughout care
- Adjust therapeutic approaches based on client response and clinical needs
- Maintain complete and timely clinical records
- Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and West Virginia licensing requirements
What they require
- Active LMFT, LPC, or LICSW license in West Virginia
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Experience managing a full clinical caseload
- Reliable internet and private workspace
