Licensed California mental health clinician with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials. Must be comfortable providing remote teletherapy, mainly for youth ages 11–24, with experience in clinical or school settings. 1099 contractor role with at least 5 sessions per week.

What you'll do

  • Foster strong, supportive relationships with clients across age groups to create a safe therapeutic environment
  • Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy primarily to clients ages 11–24 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions, with the opportunity to also serve adult clients ages 18–60
  • Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers of younger clients

What they require

  • Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
  • Passion for mental health across the lifespan; demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive, equitable care
  • Experience working with teens and youth ages 11–24 in clinical or school settings; experience with adult populations is a plus
  • Comfortable with telehealth; experience providing telehealth services
  • This role is open to fully licensed clinicians only; associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible
  • Set your hours Monday to Sunday, 8am–8pm PT
  • Caseload minimum: 5 sessions/week, with no cap
