Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW)
Location: Nevada Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview
This position is focused on providing ongoing mental health care to adults throughout Nevada. You’ll work with clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, grief, or other challenges affecting their daily lives.
As part of the role, you’ll get to know your clients over the course of treatment, understand what they need from therapy, and use your clinical training to guide their care. The position offers a consistent remote schedule and is suited to a clinician who values direct client work and professional independence.
Key Duties
Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions through telehealth Complete new-client assessments and intake documentation Establish treatment goals based on clinical findings Use appropriate therapeutic approaches within your scope of practice Review client progress and revise treatment when necessary Maintain accurate clinical records Coordinate referrals or additional services when appropriate Follow Nevada licensing and professional standards
Requirements
Active Nevada LCPC, LMFT or LCSW license Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
