Remote Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Blaine, MN Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What to Expect You’ll manage a structured caseload, providing video-based therapy and maintaining consistent, organized documentation. The position is focused on direct clinical work in an outpatient telehealth model.
Role Responsibilities
Provide scheduled teletherapy sessions Conduct intake assessments and ongoing clinical reviews Develop and refine treatment plans with clients Keep clear, timely notes in the EMR Join virtual team and clinical gatherings as needed
Requirements
Active Minnesota license as LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT Master’s degree in a mental health discipline Prior outpatient or telehealth experience is a plus Strong ability to structure and manage remote workdays
