[HIRING] Remote Full-Stack Software Developer — React / Node.js / Python — $35–$50/hr — Long-Term Contract

We’re hiring a **Full-Stack Software Developer** for a fully remote, long-term position.

This is **not a short-term gig or commission-based role**. We are looking for someone who can work with us on an ongoing basis, with the contract expected to continue for **more than 6 months**.

**Compensation:** $35–$50 USD/hour, depending on experience **Location:** Fully remote **Contract length:** 6+ months / long-term **Experience:** 3–5+ years preferred

What we’re looking for

• 3–5+ years of professional software development experience
• Solid general programming skills
• Professional experience with **React**
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with **Node.js**
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with **Python**
• Experience building or integrating REST APIs
• Experience working with databases
• Comfortable using Git/GitHub
• Able to understand and work within an existing codebase
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Good written and spoken English

You do not need to be an expert in every technology listed above. We care more about strong programming fundamentals, reliability, and the ability to learn and solve problems independently.

# Responsibilities

You’ll work on a mix of frontend and backend development, including:

• Building and improving React-based features
• Developing and maintaining backend functionality
• Working with APIs and databases
• Debugging and resolving software issues
• Reviewing and improving existing code
• Collaborating remotely with the rest of the team
