Remote Evening General Radiologist - Jefferson Radiology Remote - USA Job Description: Position Summary Jefferson Radiology is actively recruiting a Remote Evening Diagnostic Radiologist to support our growing practice in Connecticut. This role is designed for radiologists who thrive in high-acuity environments, enjoy rapid decision-making, want the flexibility of a fully remote evening schedule. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interpreting studies in emergency settings including Level I trauma center studies in an urban setting. Acute inpatient studies are an important part of the total position responsibilities. Salary Range with a base of $625,000.00 for on-site and $600,000.00 for remote with productivity incentives upwards to $1,000,000.00 annually Commencement and or Retention bonuses up to $100,000 collectively Evening shift reading hours can be flexible, covering mid-afternoon to late evening EST hours (5pm-12am) 7on/7off 7on/14off Monday through Sunday Onsite option available Fellowship training in Body, MSK, Neuro or ER a plus Coverage of after-hours Emergency Department, inpatient, and STAT examinations. Covering non-emergent ambulatory general radiology and ambulatory radiology (as mutually desirable) specific to any appropriate sub-specialty training (Body, MSK, Neuro) as a component of swing shift volume. No mammography, interventional radiology, or nuclear medicine. Leadership abilities and interest would be considered an asset. The existing mature 24/7 on site Emergency Radiology program is ready to expand and take on new volume and the practice will support a leader willing to develop new programs and consider extensive network collaborations. The practice maintains subspecialized support for complex or unfamiliar cases. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
