Expert EPIC Configuration Analyst with 3+ years Epic experience (or 6+ years other experience in lieu of degree). Must be US-based (remote allowed) but not eligible from CA, IL, ND, NY, OH, WA, WY; hybrid expected for those within 60 miles of Albuquerque (Tues–Thurs). Requires Epic certification and Optime/Anesthesia expertise; full-time, on-call coverage including 24/7 as required.

What you'll do
- Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and other technical issues associated with the use of Epic software; design, build, test, and maintain solutions.
- Provide tier-2 support of application incidents reported through the help desk; including 24/7 on call coverage as required.
- Perform analysis to resolve application incidents, maintenance items, enhancement requests, upgrades/updates, and projects, collaborating with colleagues and across teams.
- Develop and maintain requirements/specifications and test cases for new or enhanced functionality to department applications.
- Ensure test scripts have been created, reviewed, and updated to reflect workflow solutions.
- Modify Epic records, tables, and master files to support application design, additions, and changes.
- Implement changes using documented procedures that are compliant with department policies and procedures.
- Actively participate and contribute in team and cross-team meetings and maintain appropriate meeting records.
- Have expert understanding of supported application, integrations and general understanding of most other Epic applications.
- Work independently 100% of the time; anticipate add on work and accomplish both within schedule; role model for projects; promote teamwork within and with other teams.
What they require
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience.
- 3 years of Epic specific experience.
- 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Epic certified in supporting application plus additional proficiency/certification/badges in related application area.
- Required Certification: Optime/ Anesthesia.
