Title: Remote Construction Estimator (Fire Protection Systems)
Location: Remote
Working Hours: Eastern Time Zone (Full-Time)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial fire protection and fire sprinkler systems.
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
- Manage the complete bidding process from opportunity identification through proposal submission.
- Submit competitive bids to help maintain a consistent project pipeline.
- Work within the company's established estimating processes and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.
- Track multiple bid opportunities while meeting strict deadlines.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–8+ years of experience estimating fire protection, fire suppression, or fire sprinkler systems.
- Experience estimating U.S.-based commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of fire protection plans, specifications, and applicable industry standards.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven history of winning competitive bids—not just producing estimates.
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Can contribute immediately with minimal training or onboarding.
