We're hiring an experienced **Centralized Scheduler** to support MRI scheduling for a growing healthcare organization.
**Responsibilities:**
- Schedule MRI appointments from referrals
- Contact patients and complete MRI pre-screening
- Verify MRI safety information (implants, pacemakers, etc.)
- Coordinate with providers and imaging teams
- Maintain accurate scheduling records
**Requirements:**
- Experience in medical scheduling (MRI/imaging preferred)
- Familiarity with EMR and scheduling systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working remotely
