What You'll Do
- Research travel options based on client preferences, interests, and budgets
- Coordinate bookings for hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel services
- Compare destinations, accommodations, amenities, and available travel options
- Assist with organizing itineraries and important trip details
- Research transportation, excursions, activities, and destination experiences
- Communicate with clients regarding booking information, updates, and important deadlines
- Assist with reservation changes and travel updates when needed
- Maintain accurate and organized client and booking information
- Stay informed about destinations, travel products, and supplier resources
- Provide professional support throughout the planning and booking process
