Role Overview: This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, reliable, and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting professionals in Australian accounting firms or in comparable professional services environments, and familiarity with handling secretarial tasks, managing client communications, and using relevant tools and platforms. VA to Corporate Compliance Coordinator (key role) Complete entity formation forms, with training on various Australian business entity types and their formation requirements. Review documents for accuracy with a high level of attention to detail. Liaise with lawyers and external parties regarding entity formation Complete ASIC forms for structural changes (including learning 484 Forms and CAS360). VA to Managing Partner (support role) Manage calendars and send meeting invites. Maintain schedules and update Keep with all open matters. Liaise with external parties and team members to follow up on ongoing jobs. Connect daily to review open items, priorities, and urgent deliverables. Join meetings to take notes, prepare briefs for external parties, and ensure timely follow-ups. VA to People and Culture Manager (HR) (support role) Prepare contracts and employment letters as needed. Provide administrative support across HR functions. Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Others Update and manage social media pages as required. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with ability to juggle multiple tasks, and perform them promptly and with absolute accuracy. A high level of maturity and discretion in handling sensitive information, compliance documents, and in communication with stakeholders Maturity to understand priority and urgency of matters and take ownership of delivery of tasks within the due date. Prior experience or exposure to legal or compliance work is necessary Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Proven ability to manage calendars and appointments independently Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace etc. Preferred skills: Experience working in or with an Australian accounting firm is highly regarded but not mandatory. Understanding of ASIC requirements and company secretarial processes Familiarity with Xero Practice Manager, Trello, Mailchimp or similar platforms is a plus. Experience or ability to use projects or GPT on ChatGpt.
