RelativityOne Administrator Location: REMOTE - must live within driving distance of Washington, DC Clearance: Secret Clearance Type: Exempt About This Role Seeking an experienced RelativityOne Administrator to support federal eDiscovery application operations in a secure environment. This role provides technical, operational, and workflow support for litigation, investigations, and compliance activities. An active Secret clearance is required, but Top Secret is preferred. Responsibilities Administer and maintain RelativityOne environments, including user access, workspace configuration, and system monitoring User account creation and deletion with least privilege as the guiding principle Support data processing, analytics, review workflows, and production activities Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with Relativity support as needed Ensure compliance with federal security, data handling, and chain‑of‑custody requirements Provide technical guidance to legal and investigative teams Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit‑ready records Communicate and collaborate with application owners and sponsors Support upgrades and data operations with respect to cloud storage hygiene Required Qualifications Active Secret clearance 2+ years of Relativity/RelativityOne administration experience Strong understanding of eDiscovery lifecycle and federal data governance Experience with Relativity Processing, Analytics, and Productions Strong communication and documentation skills Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) Prior federal or government contracting experience Familiarity with cloud security and FedRAMP environments About Us IntelliDyne, LLC empowers government organizations through the delivery of quality, mission-aligned services and innovative, people-first IT solutions.
