Registered Dietitian (RDN) to deliver virtual, family-based eating disorder nutrition care; must hold an active Texas state license. Requires ACEND-accredited degree and RDN licensure. Remote role with 30 hours/week availability and evening coverage requirements.

What you'll do

  • Assist patients and families to transform maladaptive eating patterns into a healthy relationship with food through ongoing support.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans via telehealth, including initial nutrition assessment, meal plan prescription, and target weight range assessment.
  • Guide exposure to fear/challenge foods and communicate meal plans and nutrition concerns clearly to all team members.
  • Update treatment plans weekly, reassess nutritional needs, assist with discharge planning, and maintain thorough documentation in Equip’s electronic medical record.
  • Establish therapeutic relationships with families, echo treatment team directives, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team.

What they require

  • Must have active state license in Texas.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or college and course work accredited or approved by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
  • Licensed RDN required.
  • Preferred: eating disorder experience.
  • Preferred: exposure/experience to family-based eating disorder treatment approaches.

  • Base pay + performance-based bonus (Earning Potential Range: $68,000 to $85,000 annually).
