What You’ll Do As Regional Vice President – Field Sales, you will lead a high-performing regional sales team to drive growth and deliver innovative solutions to educators and students. You’ll shape and execute regional sales strategies, build and coach world-class talent, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability. In this role you will: Champion regional sales strategy and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals. Inspire, develop, and coach sales professionals to reach their full potential. Build and nurture executive-level customer relationships, positioning Edmentum as the leading provider of technology-enabled learning solutions. Ensure effective use of sales systems, tools, and CRM for accurate forecasting and pipeline management. Oversee regional budgets and resources, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Collaborate across departments to deliver strategic objectives and drive company growth. Take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs. Who You Are You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in K12 education (preferred). You have at least seven years of direct sales experience. You are an experienced sales manager in education or technology. You excel at developing and maintaining executive-level customer relationships. You are skilled in CRM software and sales forecasting. You are a strategic thinker with strong systems orientation. You are a superior leader and team builder. You have deep knowledge of educational trends and requirements. You are highly organized, results-oriented, and proactive. You have excellent judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills. You are adept at leading and managing change. Based in California Job Application Deadline: August 1, 2026 Pay range for this role: $190,000 — $210,000 USD At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
