What you'll do

  • Own planning and scheduling standards across all Volta projects
  • Build and maintain the integrated master schedule across the fleet
  • Govern schedule baselines, progress measurement and change across projects
  • Run schedule risk analysis and drive mitigation with project teams
  • Interrogate contractor schedules and hold them to standard
  • Report portfolio schedule performance to leadership with clarity
  • Coach project controls leads on planning practice
  • Feed schedule intelligence into front-end planning for new projects

What they require

  • Planning experience on data center or major capital projects is essential
  • Expert command of Primavera P6 and structured scheduling practice
  • Experience across multiple concurrent projects or portfolio-level planning
  • A record running schedule risk analysis on complex programs
  • The confidence to challenge contractor and project schedules constructively
  • Comfort working across European and US projects and time zones
