Strengthen Territory Coverage & Cultivate Meaningful Engagement Your presence will open doors and create lasting connections. Travel extensively to nurture strategic customer relationships and expand your network. Identify and qualify new opportunities across end users, rental companies, production partners, and venues. Deliver Flawless Sales Execution & Sustainable Growth Approach every commercial interaction with precision and excellence. Drive the achievement of regional sales objectives with a strong focus on t he Rental m arket. Manage sales orders and backlog with rigor and transparency. Produce accurate , timely quotations and guide channel partners throughout the sales cycle. Assess partner performance against market potential. Develop strategic improvement plans where necessary. Maintain impeccable CRM data to support reliable forecasting. Contribute to Strategic Budgeting & Executive Reporting Bring clarity, foresight, and strategic depth. Participate in structuring annual budgets for end users outside the Certified Provider network. Ensure a Seamless, High Quality ‑ Quality Customer Experience Deliver excellence at every touchpoint. Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Application Engineering, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain teams. Guarantee a refined customer journey from initial consultation to project delivery. The Regional Sales Manager is expected to bring us the following skills and experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with sales in commercial Audio/video Sales (and or integrated systems) with a proven track record . Experience with channel management of systems integrators and distributors Central & Eastern Europe regional experience Candidate must be energetic, self-motivated, self-propelled and possess a desire to win. Outstanding organization and follow-up skills. Ability to sell premium products based on features and benefits A knowledge of Rental market is preferred. Some knowledge of Audio/Video design and application would be a plus. Bachelor’s degree in business is considered a plus. Proficient in English Location: willingness, and capacity to travel in the region. Travel is expected to be 35– 50% . What you'll do
