What you'll do

  • Lead, coach & develop Territory Managers through frequent in-field work (~60% travel), ongoing feedback, role-plays, and hands-on sales training.
  • Own regional revenue performance by driving consistent activity, supporting new sales and account expansion, and ensuring TMs meet input and output targets.
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene & forecasting, review pipelines weekly, ensure accurate data, and act as deal support on structure, escalations, and critical opportunities.
  • Serve as the regional voice — surface customer insights, product feedback, and operational issues to Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer teams, and leadership.
  • Localize national strategy into regional execution plans, run team rhythms (1:1s, check-ins), and align with U.S. commercial leadership.
  • Recruit and develop high-performing Territory Manager talent as the business scales.

What they require

  • Experience leading and developing field sales reps, ideally in high-growth or high-velocity environments.

  • Strong operational rigor with CRM hygiene, pipeline management, input metrics, and forecasting accuracy — especially in a hardware + software environment.
  • Direct, supportive people leadership with clarity, accountability, empathy, and ability to build team culture.
  • Ability to thrive with ambiguity and fast growth, adaptable and resourceful.
