What you'll do

  • Develop and execute scalable regional marketing programs that support new business growth, retention, cross-sell, and pipeline development.
  • Partner with regional leadership and sales teams to identify market-specific opportunities, priorities, and campaigns aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Localize and deploy national marketing initiatives to ensure relevance and effectiveness within regional markets, while operating within established national guardrails.
  • Design scalable, repeatable national programs that can be deployed across regions.
  • Establish frameworks and best practices for regional adoption.
  • Partner with national and regional stakeholders to ensure successful execution and adoption.
  • Analyze campaign performance and regional marketing metrics to provide insights, recommendations, and ROI reporting.
  • Leverage consolidated KPI dashboards to assess performance, inform prioritization, and guide resource allocation.
  • Maintain strong alignment across marketing objectives, budgets, workstreams, and regional priorities.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in insurance or financial services industry.
  • Ability to write and communicate effectively and professionally across multiple mediums including digital, social, and print.
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency and knowledge of marketing systems and social media platforms for business utilization, with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
