The Regional Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key customers and business partners within the assigned region. This role focuses on achieving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion by understanding client needs, promoting company solutions, and ensuring long-term partnership success. The Regional Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key customers and business partners within the assigned region. This role focuses on achieving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion by understanding client needs, promoting company solutions, and ensuring long-term partnership success. Responsibilities Act as a link between Asurion and the sales channels of wireless service providers within the defined geographic region. Develop strong relationships with clients and implement growth initiatives within the wireless provider sales channels for device protection, with a strong focus on both direct and indirect points of sale. Responsible for achieving and/or exceeding established financial and growth objectives, and for managing day-to-day product-related inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction. Evaluate and respond to gaps between the current product, customer needs, and competitor offerings. Collaborate with internal customer service team members and other cross-functional areas to identify growth opportunities and process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development (regional or national scope preferred). Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively. Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel within the assigned region Experience in technology industry. MBA or advanced business degree. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (depending on region).
