Outpost is seeking a Reddit Community Manager for a single client in international payroll and global employment. This remote contract role involves managing the client's Reddit presence, engaging with communities, growing their subreddit, and providing community intelligence.

What you'll do

  • Own the client's presence on Reddit, running their disclosed Reddit account and representing them as a named team member.
  • Engage with communities by commenting, posting, and running AMAs, using Outpost's platform to prioritize threads.
  • Build and run the client's own subreddit, starting around month five.
  • Provide community intelligence by flagging buyer insights and actionable information from the communities.
  • Work with moderators in restricted subreddits to ensure content stays up.

What they require

  • Deep Reddit knowledge: understanding of Reddit culture, what earns traction, and what gets removed.
  • A marketing background (content, social media, SEO, AEO/GEO).
  • Real enthusiasm for the brand to be represented.
  • Genuine knowledge of international payroll, employer of record, global hiring, or HR operations (a real plus).
  • Ability to write like a person, not a marketer, and comfort with publicly representing a brand.
