We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Operations Coordinator to support both our recruitment and day-to-day cleaning operations. Working closely with the HR Manager and Operations team, you'll be responsible for recruiting and onboarding cleaners and ensuring our administrative systems remain accurate and up to date. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Source and contact candidates by phone. Conduct initial telephone interviews. Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process. Maintain accurate candidate records within the CRM. Update recruitment trackers and databases. Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently. Provide general administrative support What You'll Bring Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Confidence speaking with candidates and cleaners by phone. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment. Calm, professional approach to problem-solving. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of their work, and play a key role in keeping both our recruitment process and daily operations running smoothly. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in administration, recruitment, operations, or a similar role. Experience using CRM, ATS, scheduling, or recruitment systems. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Comfortable using WhatsApp and telephone communication throughout the day. Strong data capturing and record-keeping skills. Own laptop/computer with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
