In this role, you will manage end-to-end campaign execution, coordinate cross-functional projects, and optimize marketing efforts to attract high-quality candidates. Requirements Key Responsibilities Own and manage recruitment marketing projects, ensuring initiatives are organized, prioritized, and delivered on schedule. Coordinate marketing campaigns from planning through execution, aligning stakeholders on objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of organic and paid content across multiple talent acquisition channels. Manage the recruitment marketing content pipeline and collaborate with content creators to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables. Monitor and analyze campaign performance across job boards, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and other sourcing channels. Generate actionable insights from campaign data and recommend optimization strategies to improve candidate attraction and conversion. Partner closely with recruiters, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and successful project execution. Maintain campaign documentation, performance reports, and project updates to support continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, or a related field. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience tracking and optimizing marketing campaigns using performance metrics and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities. Experience managing content calendars and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B, SaaS, or high-growth technology organizations. Familiarity with paid recruitment advertising, job board marketing, and programmatic recruitment campaigns.
