What you'll do

  • Conduct interviews with medical practitioners and Physician Assistants
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with candidate screening and selection.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and other recruitment documentation.
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure all required information and documentation is received.
  • Assist with practitioner and PA onboarding.
  • Ensure new hires complete all required onboarding steps and paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records.
  • Assist with general HR-related administrative tasks as required.
  • Work directly with the company owner and provide day-to-day administrative support.
  • Manage and follow up on tasks delegated by the owner.
  • Keep track of outstanding tasks, deadlines, and required follow-ups.
  • Assist with scheduling, communication, documentation, and general coordination.
  • Help ensure important tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Proactively identify outstanding items and follow up until completion.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, and recruitment databases.
  • Keep recruitment and onboarding information organised and up to date.
  • Prepare documents, reports, correspondence, and other administrative materials.
  • Follow established processes and ensure tasks are properly documented.
  • Assist with various administrative projects and tasks as required.
  • Work comfortably with online systems, spreadsheets, email, and business software.
  • Learn and adapt to new systems and technology as required.

What they require

  • Must have previous experience in HR or Recruitment.
  • Previous experience conducting interviews and screening candidates is highly preferred.
  • Must have experience using WhatsApp, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and confident when communicating with candidates, medical practitioners, and management.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong follow-through and accountability.
  • Good computer and spreadsheet skills.
  • Comfortable learning and working with new software and online systems.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Professional and discreet when handling confidential information.
