Full-cycle recruitment consultant who will own sourcing, screening and candidate closures for Wilson's clients, focused on pharma/life sciences. Must prove strong recruiting results, ATS/MS Office proficiency, market research ability and previous pharma/life-sciences recruiting experience. Fully remote, but Mexico-based.

What you'll do

  • Oversee the selection process: identify/assess candidates, conduct initial phone screens, facilitate interviews, and gather client/candidate feedback.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and bench/management, anticipating client needs while hitting robust submit-interview and interview-offer ratios.
  • Develop creative, proactive, sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Present strong talent and overcome objections in the hiring process.
  • Consult hiring managers (clients) on final selection, compensation and recruitment processes, adding value and representing the client's best interests.
  • Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
  • Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals.
  • Update and maintain reports (e.g. applicant tracking system data) and perform related administrative responsibilities.

  • Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting — competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates — in a fast-paced, metrics/time-driven environment.
  • Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals and implement feedback to achieve outcomes.
  • Keep the recruiting pipeline in mind at all times and articulate it confidently to others.
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including clear articulation of RPO and client relationships.
  • Strong prioritization skills and flexibility as directions and priorities shift.
  • Active team participation and willingness to foster open collaboration.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency — intermediate MS Office skills, experience working in an applicant tracking system, and strong social media presence.
  • Previous experience recruiting for pharmaceutical or life sciences roles.
