What you'll do

  • Oversee the selection process: identify and assess candidates, conduct initial phone screens, facilitate interviews, gather client and candidate feedback.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and ongoing bench management.
  • Deliver strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
  • Develop creative and proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
  • Consult with hiring managers (clients) on final selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
  • Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
  • Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals.
  • Update and maintain reports and applicant tracking system data, along with other administrative responsibilities.

  • Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting: competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates.

  • Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals, and implement feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Keep the recruiting pipeline in mind at all times and confidently communicate it to others.
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including clear articulation of RPO (RPO) and client relationship.
  • Strong time prioritization skills, embraces change and demonstrates flexibility when directions and priorities shift.
  • Active participation on the recruiting team and fostering an environment of open collaboration.
  • Computer proficiency, including intermediate MS Office skills, experience working in an applicant tracking system, and a strong social media presence.
