What you'll do
- Support full-cycle recruiting for a pipeline of open requisitions, from intake through offer, in partnership with the Senior Corporate Recruiter.
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing tools.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and support early-stage screening calls to confirm basic qualifications.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline status in the ATS.
- Assist with drafting and posting job requisitions.
- Support job offer preparation and extension in partnership with the Senior Corporate Recruiter and HR leadership.
- Help track and report on recruiting pipeline metrics.
- Assist with onboarding related tasks: background checks, offer letters, and first-day coordination for new hires.
- Support New Hire Orientation sessions on a recurring basis.
- Help maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
- Provide backup support for offboarding processes as needed.
- Assist with compliance tracking (e.g., state-mandated training completion) across jurisdictions.
- Partner cross-functionally with department leads to support broader HR needs as they arise.
What they require
- 1–2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related administrative roles.
- Familiarity with compliance and/or benefits administration.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; approachable, responsive, and solutions-oriented.
- Knowledge of California wage and labor laws.
