We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for professionals within the Healthcare Industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, engaging, and placing qualified Healthcare professionals.

This role requires a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented recruitment professional who can effectively manage multiple vacancies and candidates in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, candidate engagement, follow-up, screening, and time-management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through to placement. Source and identify qualified candidates using various recruitment platforms and sourcing channels. Review CVs and applications to assess candidate suitability against role requirements. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate experience, qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit. Verify relevant qualifications, certifications, licenses, and healthcare industry experience where required. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Healthcare professionals for current and future hiring needs. Proactively engage passive candidates and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients. Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders to ensure an efficient and positive recruitment experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, recruitment notes, and pipeline information within the ATS or relevant recruitment systems. Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while prioritizing urgent and high-volume hiring requirements. Work closely with internal teams and clients to gain a clear understanding of hiring needs and candidate requirements. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and potential challenges. Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Previous recruitment experience is essential. Previous experience recruiting within the Healthcare industry is strongly preferred. Experience recruiting healthcare, behavioral health, therapy, or clinical professionals would be highly advantageous. Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and placing candidates. Excellent candidate screening and interviewing skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner. Proven ability to source and engage both active and passive candidates. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent follow-up and candidate management skills. Strong time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously. Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment outcomes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools is advantageous.
