What you'll do

  • Maintain and update rates, availability, and inventory in our booking systems
  • Monitor and manage inventory to ensure accurate availability listings
  • Perform regular data checks, audits, and validations to maintain data integrity
  • Collaborate with operators to obtain, verify, and clarify rate and availability information
  • Resolve discrepancies and ensure consistency across all listings
  • Support promotional campaigns by managing special rates and offers
  • Assist the customer service team with rate- and availability-related inquiries
  • Support ad hoc administrative and data-related tasks as needed
