What you'll do
- Research, develop, and deploy systematic trading strategies
- Generate alpha through statistical, quantitative, and machine learning techniques
- Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover persistent trading signals
- Improve execution, portfolio construction, and risk management frameworks
- Conduct rigorous backtesting, validation, and post-trade analysis
- Collaborate with traders, researchers, and engineers to productionize research
- Contribute directly to trading performance and strategic decision-making
- Explore new markets, products, and asset classes beyond the existing trading book
What they require
- 2-5 years of experience in quantitative research, systematic trading, or a closely related role
- Experience at a leading proprietary trading firm, quantitative hedge fund, or systematic trading platform strongly preferred
- Strong foundations in statistics, probability, machine learning, optimization, or related quantitative disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to research noisy financial datasets and convert insights into profitable trading strategies
- Strong programming skills, ideally in Python
- Evidence of direct ownership over research, strategy development, or trading outcomes
- Exceptional analytical ability and intellectual curiosity
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-conviction environment
- Background from top quantitative trading firms is preferred
- Crypto experience welcomed but not required
