What you'll do

  • Research, develop, and optimize high-frequency trading strategies on Asian financial markets
  • Analyze tick market data, limit order book dynamics, execution quality, and market microstructure
  • Design predictive models and alpha signals using statistical methods and machine learning
  • Collaborate with quantitative traders and software developers to build and deploy production trading strategies
  • Monitor strategy performance in real time and continuously improve execution efficiency
  • Research exchange behavior, liquidity patterns, and participant activity on Asian venues

What they require

  • Practical research or trading experience in one or more Asian markets, including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, or Taiwan
  • Strong background in quantitative analysis, mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics, or other exact sciences
  • Proven experience developing systematic or high-frequency trading strategies
  • Deep understanding of electronic trading and market microstructure
  • Experience working with tick market data and large volumes of historical data
  • Strong analytical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
  • Experience with futures, equities, options, or other exchange-traded instruments on Asian markets
