What you'll do

  • Develop and implement reliability and qualification test programs for AI Server Power Modules.
  • Create selection and qualification processes for passive and active components.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, and systems engineering) to ensure seamless integration of power modules within larger electrical systems and drive alignment on thermal, power, and reliability requirements.
  • Develop quality & reliability test plans, test documentation and validation tests.
  • Work with our internal and external manufacturing partners to prototype designs and bring them to manufacturing.

What they require

  • MSEE /BSEE with 10+ years of experience in the mechanical design and development of high-volume electronics products.
  • Demonstrated success qualifying power modules and power semiconductors.
  • Preferred: Experience in power modules is a plus.
  • Preferred: Experience in PCBA process is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
