Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed quality assurance audits across clinical and operational processes Review documentation, reports, and case materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards Utilize QA audit tools and platforms (including CentralReach) to evaluate performance and identify gaps Interpret and apply healthcare regulations and standards across varying scenarios and cases Provide clear, constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement Analyze data using Excel and other tools to track trends, identify risks, and support decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality standards Develop and refine QA processes, frameworks, and documentation Translate complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders Manage multiple audits and projects simultaneously using project management tools

Requirements

Previous experience in quality assurance, healthcare administration, compliance, auditing, or a similar role preferred. Experience in ABA or healthcare is highly advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable reviewing large amounts of information and identifying discrepancies. Strong spreadsheet and computer skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Strong follow-through and accountability. Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines. Comfortable providing professional and constructive feedback to team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
