What You'll Do: Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for complex eGovernment software systems; Prepare test plans, test cases, and test reports ensuring traceability of requirements; Use tools such as Selenium, SoapUI, and JMeter to build and maintain automated test suites; Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and system engineers to ensure software quality; Participate in integration and performance testing of highly technical systems; Identify, log, and track bugs, and work with the team to ensure timely resolution; Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes, tools, and practices. Requirements University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering; Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; Academic or professional experience in software testing (manual + automated); Good understanding of test design techniques and software development lifecycle; Hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools is considered a plus: Selenium, SoapUI, and JMeter; Experience with JIRA software and management of full testing cycle; Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. Java, Groovy or Python) for automation is a plus; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
